Income requirement for the Subclass 191 visa

This visa is for people who have already held a Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) or Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) (subclass 494) visa for at least 3 years.

There is no minimum income requirement for this visa. However, primary applicants must provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for 3 income years out of the 5 years of their eligible visa.

The Australian government wants to help skilled migrants who are already living and working in Australia to achieve permanent residence. This visa is a pathway to permanent residence for eligible skilled regional visa holders.
